I’ve been through the ups and downs of life, from raising my kids as a single mom to battling my own health and mental health struggles. Twisted Waist Luxe Spa is here because I’ve learned how to take control of my mind, body and health, and I’m here to help you do the same, in a way that fits your reality.

When I started this business, I wanted it to be different. I wanted a space where real people could come for real results – without the fluff.
